Edna Robinson (Member)

Edna is a successful and experienced public sector leader. She has been an advisor to the Department of Health on Commissioning supporting the implementation of the national NHS reforms and an Advisor to the Home Office in the establishment of the National Policy Improvement Agency.

Edna has held several Chief Executive Positions within the NHS and has been Special Adviser to the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government. Her other roles include Chair of Trafford Housing Trust and Chair of the People’s Powerhouse.

She is also a non-executive director and Chair of the Big Life Group Board and Charity Trustee of Big Life Centres, Big Issue North Trust and Self Help Services, which are part of the Big Life Group. She became a member of Big Life Schools on 7th September 2017.
