Our Big Life School staff are always going above and beyond. We work with all teaching and support staff to explore ways of reducing workload, improve wellbeing. We are developing Big Life Curriculum units specific to the local area that share resources across schools to ensure resources and lesson plans are available.

- Our Big Chance programme supports adults within the local community to access further training support and volunteering opportunities leading to paid employment within our schools and beyond.
- Our workforce and succession planning identifies aspirational and high performing teaching and support staff creating, where possible, career pathways, recruiting and supporting internal progression at every stage.
- Employees joining our Schools can expect a range of support when in post from senior leaders who operate a coaching model and support from our dedicated curriculum and wellbeing lead.
